Bbqueen - Rome

The bed was fine, but the bathroom had moldy walls.

We spend 1 night in Rome really good. The staff has always been amiable and responsive, and the facilities were clean. The location was magnificent and stunning, relatively near a late Medieval square.

We were in a perfect and excellent location around 10-15 minutes walk from Borghese Gallery and Museum.

The bed was fine, and the breakfast featured a simple daily rotation of boiled eggs, yogurt, or salami.

Multiple issues hampered the experience. The room had broken fixtures, including a leaking shower and a loose toilet seat. The presence of mold on the walls was hard to ignore, and some corners revealed dirty remnants from previous guests. Internet service was unreliable, disappearing for 24 hours, and the television had no signal. It seemed like maintenance was ignored, with old, broken items still in use. The upkeep left much to be desired.

Only 5 minutes walk from Termini subway station. Modern rooms right by the desk and fantastic service. A great selection of facilities like: central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV...

Absolutely amazing hotel, the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful and the location was favourable in the city center. The room was well-maintained and perfect right by the desk, and I loved it.

The location is convenient for exploring Rome, placing you just a short walk from several major attractions and the Termini Station.

The bathroom facilities were subpar, as the light above the mirror was not functioning, and there were unsettling black spots on the walls.

Comfortable bed, friendly hosts, the location is ideal for exploring the city and just a short walk from Termini Train Station, making it easy to navigate your adventures.

The spacious room provided a comfortable escape after days filled with sightseeing. Despite the inviting breakfast with local jams, Wi-Fi reliability was an issue.

I really enjoyed the cozy room and loved that I could grab a quick breakfast before heading out. The hotel also offered some nice relaxation areas where I could unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi was a bit iffy at times, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊
